• Earn accreditation as a Qualified Mindfulness MBSR and MBP Teacher

You can graduate as a Mindful Academy International 'Qualified Mindfulness MBSR & MBP Teacher' on successful completion of our foundation in MBSR and MPP course (previously Level One), and the MBSR and MBP Specialization course (previously Level Two)

You will need to have attended at least 1 x 5-day mindfulness silent retreat, plus undertaking 8 hours of supervision with either Kathy Ward or Andras Barta (Hungarian) whilst teaching two group 8-week MBSR Courses (minimum 6 participants per course)

You will also need to submit a 3000-word reflective report based on the MBI-TAC learning from teaching the two courses followed by a one-hour supervision session to reflect together on the learning and next steps.

The focus of this reflective writing is the deepening of your practice and teaching skills as you gain experience in guiding others. It should be based around the 6 domains of teaching mindfulness and what you felt went well and what you would do differently if anything, next time.

The supervision and reflective journaling can be before or after (or a mixture of both) the MBSR and MPP Specialization course.

This supervision-based course is available with Kathy Ward and Andras Barta  (Hungarian) and costs €460

To sign up, please send an email to [email protected] and we will arrange a call to answer any questions you may have and to get you started.
