This online 1-1 Supervision-Based CPD course is for existing Qualified Mindfulness Teachers who wish to graduate as a Certified Mindfulness Teacher.

To apply for this certification you should have already taught a minimum of 2 group 8-week Mindfulness MBSR courses (at least 6 participants) with Supervision.

This course enables you to continue your teacher training pathway to graduate as a Certified Mindfulness MBSR & MBA Teacher.

To graduate as a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, you must record and submit full session video recordings of teaching a 3rd 8-week MBSR course (minimum 6 participants) for further assessment, support, and development via supervision using the 6 domains of teaching mindfulness outlined in the MBI-TAC. Graduation at this level demonstrates that you have achieved the highest levels of evidence-based 8-week MBSR group teaching.

You will also be required as part of your training portfolio to submit a 2nd written reflective report of 3000 words. The focus of this reflective writing is the continued deepening of your practice and teaching skills, which will be discussed during an additional hour of supervision.

You will also need to have attended a 2nd 5-7 day silent mindfulness retreat, this can either be with Mindful Academy International or another meditation retreat provider.

On successful graduation, certificates are issued detailing the supervision hours and silent retreat hours (if taken with Mindful Academy International)

This supervision-based course is available with Kathy Ward and Andras Barta (Hungarian) and costs €975
