Who is the retreat for? No previous meditation or yoga experience is required and these sessions are suitable for all.

This retreat will enable you to nourish yourself by experiencing stillness and self-connection in a remote hillside setting in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the Ox Mountains overlooking the countryside below Kesh Mountain and Knocknashee in the distance. This is the perfect place to sit on your balcony to enjoy the picturesque countryside and the abundance of wild nature.
You will have the opportunity to discover mindfulness through guided practices, gentle mindful movement, hatha yoga practices, gong baths on two nights (sound therapy) and walks in nature to support your experience of mindfulness and stillness, allowing you to disconnect from the busyness of daily life, recharge your batteries and focus on your inner essence.
To provide you with every comfort, nestled into the woodlands surrounding the retreat centre, you will find our 4 high-quality and beautiful, passive-design 2-bedroom self-contained wooden en suite eco-cabins. You can book a twin shared room with an ensuite bathroom, or pay a supplement to have your own private ensuite room. Each bedroom has either a double bed or twin beds with high-quality sheets, towels, and duvets.
A newly built kitchen and dining area provide all you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay but don't worry, delicious home-cooked organic vegetarian food is provided.
