  • The 4-week (7-hour) M-BESI Foundation live online Group course with Kathy Ward:

    This interactive live online zoom course introduces you to mindfulness or deepens existing practice. The course includes both Mindfulness-Based practice and the Emotional Intelligence skills of self-awareness and self-management and is suitable for all. 

    The intention is to learn how to wake up to living on automatic pilot, and drop into an awareness of the present moment through the senses. We also explore as non-judgmentally as possible our ways of reacting and explore what could be our new way of responding to our inner and outer world. You could call this training your mind and developing awareness of the present moment, which is in fact the only time we are truly alive!

    Research revels that you would be correct in saying that you are learning how to integrate the different areas of your brain, literally strengthening the brains ability to regulate things like attention, thoughts, emotions and behaviors. In the process, developing resilience, heath and wellbeing with curiosity and kindness. 

    Cost 158 euros

    The price includes the online sessions which are a mixture of M-BESI practice, exploring direct experience, learning new skills and developing actionable strategies. You will also receive the participants workbook which supports every aspect of developing mindfulness-based emotional and social intelligence, the specific mp3 recordings and email support during the course.

  • Optional 4-week (7-hour) M-BESI Widening the Circle of Awareness live online Group Course

    This course builds on the M-BESI foundation course, deepening mindfulness-based practice and bringing in the Social Intelligence skills of social awareness and relationship management

    As we widen our circle of awareness we learn how our patterns of reaction or responsiveness effect our inner world and ripple out to the world of those around us. Here we are learning how to express emotions accurately whilst broadening our perspectives and learning to listen and understand others.

    This develops a framework of trust and compassion that supports a respectful environment enabling us to navigate the world, and find balance and harmony in our social and relationship interactions both at home and in the workplace.  

    Cost 158 euros

  • Private One-One M-BESI courses:

    Both the M-BESI Foundation and Widening the Circle courses are available with Kathy Ward on a one-one basis as 4 x 75-minute evening sessions (Monday-Thursday) with dates to suit your schedule. Please email [email protected]

  • Suggested home practice on 6 out of 7 days for both courses includes -

    Practicing using the supplied M-BESI mp3 recordings for 10-20 minutes per day (Foundation course) and 20-30 minutes per day (Widening the Circle of Awareness course) 

    • Using the optional 5-minute mp3 practices to find balance during the day.
    • Reading the Participants Workbook.
    • Reflecting and making notes of your direct experience.
    • Setting the intention to include some informal mindfulness-based practices, developing skills and implementing actionable strategies in your daily life. 

    We will guide and support you through the learning of the M-BESI course. Practice mp3's and our extensive Participants workbook will be emailed to you once you have signed up.
