• Mindfulness-based Teaching Assessment Criteria (MBI-TAC)

    Adapted from the Dreyfus Scale of Competence, 1986 and the Bangor, Exeter and Oxford Mindfulness-Based Interventions: Teaching Assessment Criteria (MBI: TAC)

    These criteria were developed by trainers at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice CMRP Bangor in collaboration with colleagues at the University based mindfulness centers in Exeter and Oxford and also further development by Mindful Academy International. The mindfulness-based master’s programmes within the UK, all use these criteria to assess teaching practice skills, and they are also being adopted by training organizations in Europe and the USA.
