• Mindfulness-Based Emotional and Social Intelligence Specialist Teacher Training

    The Mindfulness-Based Emotional and Social Intelligence M-BESI STT in the workplace specialist teacher training course is for those who are working with companies (or planning to do so in the near future) and have already completed a Level One Mindfulness Teacher Training (with us or another recognized teaching training organization following the Good Practice Guidelines and utilizing the MBI-TAC) and are already teaching MBSR, MBCT or Mindfulness-Based Approaches MBA to this or other populations.

    Dates: Thursday the 24th to Monday the 28th of February 2022.

    Timings: Thursday 1.30 pm - 5.00 pm, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, Monday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm plus final workshop and closing the course from 6.00 pm - 8.00 pm

    Cost: 810 euros including M-BESI in the workplace training manual, Session Plans and Participants Workbook with permission to use for your own business.

    This is a specialist Mindfulness-Based teacher training for those who are working with companies (or planning to do so in the near future) and have completed a Level One Mindfulness Teacher training with us or another recognized training organization that meets the Mindfulness Network good practice guidelines and incorporates the MBI-TAC as a tool for supporting development.

    You should already be teaching MBSR, MBCT or Mindfulness-Based Approaches to this or other populations.

    During the course we will explore:

    • Why the M-BESI combination of Mindfulness-Based Approaches, Emotional and Social intelligence are essential skills for the changing world and workplace.
    • What adaptions to mindfulness-based practice and emotional and social intelligence we need to make for the specific context of M-BESI in the workplace through experiential practice, dialogue, reflection and small group teaching supported by the MBI-TAC.
    • How the M-BESI spectrum of teaching intentions Module One creates a solid foundation of mindfulness-based personal self-awareness and reflection, self-management actionable skills and strategies to increase resilience, wellbeing, and a healthy work life balance.
    • How the M-BESI spectrum of teaching intentions for Module Two builds on the Module One foundation with mindfulness-based skills and actionable strategies for the development of social awareness and relationship management.
    • Why the M-BESI modules can support the development of a collaborative culture of trust by improving interpersonal, team and client communications, increasing accountability, performance, reducing conflicts, and contributing to building a respectful workplace environment.
