• How to join the FREE Monthly Mindfulness Meditations practice sessions

    Please download Zoom prior to the session. (It might be helpful to have a test run to see if it works on your device).

    Dates are the 2nd of August, 6th of September, 4th of October, 1st of November and the 6th of December.
     

    Joining Instructions:

     
    10-minutes before the scheduled start time please click:

    You will enter the waiting room. Whilst here, please take a moment to rename yourself, turn your camera on, and mute your microphone. A few minutes before the start of the session, Kathy will open the main zoom room. 
     
    Important: Due to the nature of the group mindfulness sessions, if you arrive into the waiting room more than 5-minutes after the 7.30pm CET start time you will be unable to join the session.
