  • The International group held by Kathy Ward, CEO of Mindful Academy International come together monthly usually on a Tuesday from 7pm-9pm CET on zoom to sit, reflect on teaching and personal practice, and to offer kindness, support and inspiration to one another as we continue on our journey of personal and professional development. You will also become part of the wider SiTT community, a broader network of resource and support for integrity.

  • The Mindfulness Network Community Friends MNCF Supporting Integrity in Teaching and Training peer teaching group is a collaboration between MNCF and SiTT that offers a dedicated space once per month on a Saturday for both mindfulness teachers and trainees in which to build confidence through teaching practice in a safe and reflective environment, supported by the Mindfulness-Based Interventions Teaching and Learning Companion. Saturday mornings 09.00 - 12.30 GMT alternating with Saturday afternoons from 2pm - 5.30pm GMT. Next workshop the afternoon of the 5th of February.

  • April - July 4-month Accredited Mindfulness MBSR & MBA Level 1 Teacher Training course (Modular)

    Dates: 4 x Weekends Saturday and Sunday 9.00 am - 6.00 pm GMT:

    • 23rd and 24th of April,
    • 28th and 29th of May,
    • 18th and 19th June and the
    • 16th and 17th of July

    Venue: Zoom live interactive video conferencing course with experienced online trainer and teacher Kathy Ward (maximum 9 students) 

    Tuition: €925 full price, €800 subsidized. Subsidies are limited to two people per course.

  • After taking both the Level 1 and Level 2 Teacher Training courses and graduating as a Qualified Mindfulness MBSR & MBA Teacher with us, you can choose to go on to become a Certified Mindfulness MBSR and MBA Teacher.

    The pathway includes teaching an additional 8-week course with supervision and you will be required to submit video recordings from each of the 8-week course sessions for the assessment using the MBI-TAC, plus written assignments.  You will also need to have attended a 2nd teacher lead mindfulness-based 5-7 day Silent Retreat. 

    This supervision based course is available in English and Hungarian.

  • Pre-course and on-going mindfulness supervision is an important part of the good practice requirements for both student teachers starting out on the Teacher Training Pathway (TTP) and qualified teachers of mindfulness-based classes, workshops, and courses. It can provide you with an invaluable opportunity to reflect upon and inquire about your mindfulness teaching and practice, and if just starting out on your Teacher Training Pathway (TTP) help you prepare for your course.

    Why you need supervision and full details

  • The optional Extended Supervision package is for those who wish to start teach mindfulness after successfully graduating from a Level One Mindfulness Teacher Training course.

    In line with the Good Practice Guidelines for teaching mindfulness, and with the support of Kathy Ward during live supervision sessions, you will also receive videos, mp3 recordings, documents and resources usually only available to those who enroll in the Mindful Academy International Level Two course with our Voomly video support course
