    Silent practice:

On the Level 1 Course, we have a Silent Retreat Day similar to during the 8-week MBSR Course, where you will be guided by Kathy in the core practices including meditations, mindful movement, and mindful walking.

We also suggest that you practice silence on most days from when the 'head hits the pillow' to after breakfast. We practice a 'soft, gentle, and nurturing silence' embodying our practice and connection to all that is.
